• All items should be unused and in brand new condition.
• Products returned must be ordered directly from mocapsolutions.com (and a valid order number provided).
• Products must be returned within 5 days of receipt of purchase. Any items returned beyond this guaranteed time frame will not be refunded, credited or returned.
• All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
• Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Mocap Solutions is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
• All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
